Syllabus

The trial court did not err in making statutory findings under R.C. 2929.14(C)(4) where the record demonstrated that appellant continuously and persistently participated in the dissemination of child pornography. The record supports the trial courts' findings that (1) appellant's consecutive sentences were not disproportionate to danger appellant poses to the public and (2) that the actual harm caused by appellant was so great or unusual that no single prison term was sufficient to address that harm.
