Syllabus

Trial counsel's cross-examination of victim, opening the door to evidence of defendant's prior bad acts, was a trial strategy decision and did not constitute ineffective assistance of counsel. State failed to present sufficient evidence that victim was a \witness in the discharge of [a] duty\ for purposes of intimidation charge under R.C. 2921.04(A). Domestic violence conviction was not against the manifest weight of the evidence.
