Syllabus

The trial court erred in overruling appellant's motion to suppress. The arresting officer lacked reasonable suspicion that a red-light violation had occurred, so the evidence of operating a vehicle while under the influence obtained from the improper traffic stop should have been suppressed. Judgment reversed and remanded.
