<p>LICENSES — COMBINATION OF BUSINESSES.</p> <p>1. Under Act 171 of 1898, §§ 6, 13, 17, a person who sells at retail, coffee, milk, bread, sandwiches, lunch, and other articles of food, such as are supplied at restaurants, is engaged in a different business from one who sells “soda water, mead, confections, cakes, etc., exclusively,” aud, where the two businesses are combined, should pay a separate license for each.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
