<p>In prosecution on affidavit — For selling intoxicating liquors— Name of purchaser must he alleged, when — Sections Jf364-20h and 4S64-20C, Revised Statutes.</p> <p>In prosecutions founded on affidavit, information or indictment for selling, intoxicating liquors to he used as a beverage, in violation of sections 4364-206 and 4364-20c, Revised Statutes, it is necessary to a sufficient charge against the accused, that the affidavit, information or indictment, as the case may be, allege the name of the purchaser of such intoxicating liquors, or that bis name is to the affiant, informant, or grand jury unknown.</p>
