State v. Richard K. Galloway

Syllabus

Richard Kenneth Galloway was convicted of criminal sexual conduct in assaulting his girlfriend's daughter. We address two issues-whether the trial court erred by excluding expert testimony offered by Galloway concerning potential \false memories\ on the part of the victim and whether the trial court erred by admitting testimony from the State that Galloway was violent toward the victim's mother. We affirm the court of appeals.
