Syllabus
Per Mayle, J., trial court did not err by denying appellant's motion for new trial because error in admitting annotated signature sheet was harmless, State's failure to list witness on witness list was not willful, and appellant was not prejudiced by State's failure to disclose original signature sheet. Appellant's statements were admissible without probation officer giving Miranda warnings. Appellant's convictions are supported by sufficient evidence and not against weight of the evidence.
