<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. Where a party complains of an erroneous decision of the court trying a cause, either in the exclusion or admission of evidence, he must point out in his motion for new trial, with reasonable certainty, the particular evidence admitted or excluded; otherwise; the Supreme Court will not consider the alleged error.</p> <p>P. 663</p> <p>2. The general rule is that one crime cannot be proved by establishing another, but to this general rule there are many exceptions. A notable exception is where the two crimes are connected.</p> <p>P. 664</p>
