<p>APPEAL—SETTLEMENT OP STATEMENT—FAILURE TO GIVE NOTICE.</p> <p>The inability of a defendant convicted of a crime to pay for a statement of facts is no excuse for his failure to give notice of the settlement of the statement within the time prescribed by law.</p>
