Syllabus

Because a guilty plea is a complete admission of guilt and therefore also satisfies the question of whether there is probable cause to believe the defendant committed the offense, the trial court did not commit an error in permitting the defendant to plead guilty to an unindicted offense as part of a plea bargain. Judgment affirmed.
