<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Statutory Rape — Evidence—Instructions. In a prosecution for statutory rape the evidence and instructions are examined, and it is held that the evidence is sufficient to sustain the conviction, and that the instructions are not subject to the general criticisms leveled against them.</p>
