Syllabus
Trial counsel not ineffective for (1) failing to file motion to suppress statements, (2) failing to object to multiple instances of prosecutorial misconduct, admission of hearsay statements, admission of irrelevant, \highly prejudicial\ evidence, or jury instructions or (3) failing to appreciate that mandatory eight-year prison term was at stake. While assistant prosecutor asked several improper questions and made improper comments during closing, conduct was not sufficiently pervasive or prejudicial.
