Syllabus

After having been found not guilty by reason of insanity, appellant was determined to be a mentally ill person subject to hospitalization. The trial court did not abuse its discretion in finding that appellant violated the terms of his conditional release and remanding him to an inpatient setting. Judgment affirmed.
