Syllabus

Appellant's misdemeanor conviction for operating an auto sales business without being issued a certificate of zoning compliance from the city of Hamilton was supported by sufficient evidence and was not against the manifest weight of the evidence where a planning and zoning specialist employed by the city testified that he had reviewed the city's paper files and electronic records and no certificate had been issued to appellant.
