Syllabus

The trial court's imposition of a 36-month prison sentence upon revocation of appellant's community control is not clearly and convincingly unsupported by the record or contrary to law. State v. Jones, 2020-Ohio-6729, precludes appellant's argument that the overriding principles of sentencing, as set forth in R.C. 2929.11, required a more lenient sentence. Judgments affirmed.
