<p>1. Courts — Supreme Court — Jurisdiction-Criminal Cases.</p> <p>This court has jurisdiction, as much in criminal as in civil cases, wherever a statute of the state has been declared to be unconstitutional.</p> <p>Board oe Pharmacy. -Druggists — State</p> <p>Act No. 66, p. 74, of 1888, known as the “Pharmacy Law,” is not unconstitutional on any of the numerous grounds urged by the defendant. State v. Fowler, 24 South. 809, 50 La. Ann. 1358, reaffirmed.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
