Where driver crossed marked divider lanes without signaling, traffic stop was properly initiated. Ensuing questioning did not constitute custodial interrogation. Motion to suppress did not toll speedy-trial time as to new charge brought after motion filed. Photos depicting Qur'an and prayer mat not unfairly prejudicial. State showed constructive possession of items in vehicle rented by appellant where he was passenger and offered explanation for possessing items.
