Syllabus

Juvenile court did not err in transferring defendant's case to the general division of the common pleas court for criminal prosecution following defendant's waiver of his right to a probable cause hearing. However, the juvenile court erred by refusing jurisdiction of the case following the common pleas court's determination that appellant was eligible for reverse bindover proceedings and transferring the matter back to the juvenile court for an amenability hearing.
