Syllabus

The State adduced sufficient evidence at trial to support the appellant's conviction for rape (by force or threat of force), in violation of R.C. 2907.02(A)(2), a felony of the first degree. The appellant's rape conviction was not against the manifest weight of the evidence. The ten-year sentence imposed upon the appellant was within the permissible statutory range and therefore not contrary to law. Judgment affirmed.
