Syllabus

Appellant Harold Gene White, III challenges his convictions for possession with intent to distribute hydrocodone, possession of oxycodone, possession of cocaine, and possession with intent to distribute marijuana. White argues the circuit court erred by declining to suppress evidence seized during searches of his home and his cell phone because the information in the search warrant affidavits was insufficient to show probable cause. White also argues the text messages extracted from his cell phone should have been excluded from evidence because they contained inadmissible hearsay and constituted propensity evidence prohibited by Rule 404(b), SCRE. We affirm.
