Appellant filed a motion requesting jail-time credit for days he was placed on pretrial house arrest as a condition of his bond. The trial court properly denied the motion because pretrial house arrest as a condition of bond does not constitute confinement or detention for purposes of awarding jail-time credit under R.C. 2967.191(A).
