Syllabus

Defendant pled guilty to failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, and he received a 36-month prison sentence. Because defendant has challenged only the length of his prison sentence and that sentence has been completely served, there is no relief that we can provide him. Appeal dismissed as moot.
