<p>Intoxicating Liquors- — ’Prosecutions — Evidence — Direction op Verdict. — Where, in a prosecution for unlawfully storing contraband liquor, there was sufficient evidence for the jury to determine whether the liquor was legally obtained by defendant for an illegal purpose, or whether it was illegally obtained for a legal purpose, the Court properly refused to direct a verdict of “not guilty,” on the ground that the evidence failed to show that the liquor was contraband, and that the possession and storing were unlawful and illegal.</p>
