Syllabus

The record establishes Appellant knowingly, voluntarily and intelligently waived his Miranda rights. Furthermore, the video recording of his confession did not illustrate any coercion or promises that overcame his will. Appellant's counsel did not render ineffective assistance by failing to call police department employees to explain a video malfunction during part of Appellant's police interview. Judgment affirmed.
