Syllabus
Defendant appeals his conviction for assault, abduction and unlawful restraint arising out of several altercations with his wife. Conviction was supported by sufficient evidence and was not against the manifest weight of the evidence where court found wife's version of the events more credible. Court did not err in sentencing defendant to prison and imposing consecutive terms.
