Syllabus

The trial court did not abuse its discretion in overruling appellant's motion for a mistrial, which was based on testimony by a State's witness revealing statements of the appellant that had been suppressed. Irrespective of the inadmissible testimony, there was sufficient evidence for the jury to convict appellant for making false statements, making false alarms, and obstructing official business. Additionally, Appellant's convictions were not based on insufficient evidence, nor were they against the manifest weight of the evidence. Judgment affirmed.
