Syllabus
Appellant pleaded guilty to 12 counts of sexual battery (4 second-degree felonies and 8 fourth-degree felonies), and he was sentenced accordingly. The trial court considered the purposes and principles of felony sentencing stated in R.C. 2929.11 and the seriousness and recidivism factors of R.C. 2929.12, the sentences are within the statutory ranges for the offenses, and the sentences are not otherwise contrary to law. There is no basis to conclude that the trial court's sentence is contrary to law. Judgment affirmed.
