Appellant's conviction for misdemeanor domestic violence was not against the manifest weight of the evidence where the state proved beyond a reasonable doubt that appellant was the initial aggressor in an altercation with his wife and that he knowingly caused his wife physical harm by shoving her to the ground, sitting on her, and choking her.
