Syllabus

Per Mayle, J., information in PSI and State's PowerPoint were properly considered at sentencing. Defendant did not utilize statutory procedure for challenging accuracy of PSI. Neither right to allocution nor right to counsel were violated when trial court refused to interrupt sentencing to give defendant \one moment.\ Consecutive-sentence findings were not clearly and convincingly not supported by record. Burglary and attempted theft of motor vehicle were committed separately and caused separate harm.
