Syllabus

Frankie L. Davis, III, appeals his conviction for resisting arrest, arguing the circuit court erred in: (1) finding probable cause for his arrest, (2) denying his motions to suppress, for a directed verdict, and to compel the personnel records of the arresting officer, and (3) refusing to allow him to question the arresting officer about a prior incident for which he was disciplined. We affirm the conviction.
