Syllabus

The trial court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to permit the defendant to withdraw his plea filed soon after a request for revocation of his probation, and the defendant did not show that withdrawal of his plea post-sentencing would correct a manifest injustice. Extending the defendant's community control rather than sending him to prison for failure to pay court-ordered child support was not an abuse of discretion, especially when his payment history demonstrated he could pay substantially more when he chose to.
