Syllabus

Appellant's conviction for aggravated menacing is based on sufficient evidence and is not against the manifest weight of the evidence. Appellant claims ineffective assistance of trial counsel based on counsel not calling certain witnesses at trial, but without a record of what their testimony might have been, the issue cannot be considered on direct appeal. Appellant's judgment entry of conviction incorrectly states that he pleaded guilty, as opposed to stating that he had been found guilty following a bench trial. Judgment affirmed and remanded to the trial court for a nunc pro tunc entry reflecting that appellant was found guilty following a bench trial.
