<p>Death resulting from acts in violation 6† penal ordinance of munici-. polity — Not unlawful killing under Section 68il, Revised Statutes.</p> <p>The violation of a penal ordinance of a municipality, as a result of which violation death ensues, is not an unlawful killing within the provisions of Section 6811, Revised Statutes, which defines the crime of manslaughter.</p>
