Syllabus

Because defendant waived his right to counsel voluntarily, knowingly, and intelligently, he could not maintain a claim of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. Defendant's rape convictions were supported by legally sufficient evidence and were not against the manifest weight of the evidence where victims' testimony established multiple counts of rape.
