How courts have described this case
Verbatim parenthetical descriptions written by other courts when citing this decision. Ranked by citation-network relevance.
- declarants’ spontaneous utterances recanted at trial were sufficient, without other corroboration, to support conviction
- based on amended definition of hospital records in G. L. c. Ill, § 70, if declarants “had been taken to a hospital . . . , their statements, as recorded in the EMT’s trip log, would now likely be admissible as hospital records under G. L. c. 233, § 79”
