The Court affirms in part and reverses in part the decision of the court of appeals, finding no error in the handling of the dissemination of obscene material to a minor charges, but finding the conviction for criminal sexual conduct in the first degree was the result of a material variance from the indictment that infected both the motion for a directed verdict and the jury instructions.
