The trial court did not abuse its discretion when it denied appellant's motion for intervention in lieu of conviction without a hearing. R.C. 2951.041(A)(1) specifically states that a court may reject a request for intervention in lieu of conviction without a hearing. And the trial court properly imposed consecutive sentences in accordance with R.C. 2929.14.
