Syllabus

One of appellant's kidnapping convictions was not supported by sufficient evidence. The trial court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to admit evidence of appellant's law-abiding nature, and no cumulative error denied appellant the right to a fair trial. The State concedes error concerning the trial court's failure to provide Reagan Tokes notifications. Judgment affirmed in part, vacated in part, and reversed and remanded for resentencing.
