Syllabus

The juvenile court did not err in denying appellant's motions to suppress where the record demonstrated appellant had been advised of his Miranda rights, he made a waiver of his rights, his statement to law enforcement was voluntary and not the result of coercive police tactics, and the search warrant was issued with sufficient probable cause. Further, the court did not err in denying appellant's request for a Franks hearing, as appellant failed to make a substantial preliminary showing that false or misleading statements were included in an officer's affidavit in support of the search warrant.
