The trial court erred when it failed to merge the murder counts with the aggravated murder count because these are allied offenses. The trial court also erred when it failed to merge the aggravated robbery counts together because these are allied offenses. The trial court did not err when it did not merge the aggravated robbery into the aggravated murder count.
