  • 2018 Ohio 362

Syllabus

The trial court's decision to adjudicate appellant as a delinquent child for having committed an act that if charged as an adult would constitute burglary was supported by sufficient evidence and not against the weight of the evidence where the evidence indicated appellant and her two accomplices forced their way into the victims' garage by raising the garage door to a point where they were all able to crawl under at a time when another person, other than either of her two accomplices, was present or likely to be present.

Judges: S. Powell
