Syllabus

Defendant, the former director of a Pee Wee cheerleading organization, appeals her conviction for grand theft, arising out of allegations that she used the organization's bank card to obtain cash and pay for thousands of dollars of unauthorized meals, fuel, and personal goods. Defendant's convictions were supported by sufficient evidence and the manifest weight of the evidence where the evidence indicated that the director would have known that her use of the bank card would not be permitted by the organization and where she failed to provide receipts for suspect transactions to the organization treasurer. Circumstantial evidence established that the defendant possessed and used the bank card.
