Syllabus
Rape; R.C. 2907.02(A); anal intercourse; cunnilingus; penetration; sufficiency. Judgment affirmed in part and vacated in part. Penetration is not required to prove cunnilingus; therefore, testimony that appellant was eating or licking the victims' vaginas was sufficient to establish cunnilingus. Nevertheless, penetration, however slight, is required to establish anal intercourse. Testimony that appellant was trying to get \his private\ in the victim's \behind\ was not sufficient to establish penetration. However, when victim testified that there were times when appellant put his penis in her \behind\ and \it hurt\ there was sufficient evidence to establish penetration.
