<p>■Where a debtor mortgages his entire real estate, and subsequently a judgment is recovered against him, the judgment creditor has the equitable right to compel the mortgagor to first exhaust so much of the debtor’s land as embraces the homestead. Fraser, A. A. J., dissenting.</p>
