The Defendant, Todd Johnathan Grubb, appeals from the Meigs County Criminal Court'sprobation revocation of the nine-year sentence he received for his guilty-pleadedconviction for possession with the intent to sell or to deliver one-half gram or more ofmethamphetamine. On appeal, he contends that the trial court abused its discretion byrevoking his probation and ordering him to serve the remainder of his sentence inconfinement. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
