Syllabus
The defendant, Timothy Sedman, pled guilty to attempted aggravated sexual battery, andthe trial court imposed a sentence of six years' incarceration in the Tennessee Departmentof Correction. On appeal, the defendant argues the trial court erred in denying his requestfor alternative sentencing. After reviewing the record and considering the applicable law,we affirm the judgment of the trial court. However, we remand the case for correctedjudgment forms in counts one through five and counts seven through twenty.
