The defendant, Robert Leroy Littleton, III, appeals his Johnson County Criminal Court convictions of first-degree murder, especially aggravated kidnapping, conspiracy to commit especially aggravated kidnapping, extortion, and conspiracy to commit extortion, arguing that the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress his pretrial statements.
