State of Tennessee v. Richard Higgs, Jr.

Syllabus

A Shelby County jury convicted the Defendant, Richard Higgs, Jr., of rape of a child,sexual battery by an authority figure, and incest, and the trial court sentenced him to a totaleffective sentence of fifty years. On appeal, the Defendant contends that the evidence isinsufficient to support his convictions. After review, we affirm the trial court's judgments.
