The defendant, Omerrieal Dywane Woods, was convicted by a Hamilton County CriminalCourt jury of one count of facilitation of reckless homicide, two counts of facilitation ofattempted aggravated assault, and one count of possession of a firearm with the intent togo armed. The defendant was sentenced to an effective six years in the Department ofCorrection. On appeal, the defendant argues that the evidence is insufficient to sustain hisconviction. After reviewing the record and considering the applicable law, we affirm thejudgments of the trial court.
