The Defendant, Michael Richard Penley, appeals from the Hamilton County CriminalCourt's probation revocation of the effective six-year sentence he received for his guiltypleadedconvictions for misdemeanor theft, two counts of evading arrest, recklessendangerment, driving while in possession of methamphetamine, attempted possessionwith the intent to sell methamphetamine, and reckless aggravated assault. On appeal, theDefendant contends that the trial court abused its discretion by revoking his probation andordering him to serve the remainder of his sentence in confinement. We affirm thejudgment of the trial court.
